Now equipped with even better Cool-Tek Ice Pak technology, the Cabela's® Commercial-Grade 1/2HP Carnivore™ Meat Grinder delivers reliable, high capacity, meat-grinding power to your home. Offering 1/2HP of high-efficiency, high-torque grinding power, the Carnivore's quiet, yet powerful, 370W induction motor effortlessly grinds 5-7 lbs. of boneless meat per minute. A hardened heavy-duty steel main gear and drive gear in a permanently lubricated gear housing ensures this power transfers smoothly to the grinder's auger. Outfitted with a unique air-cowl design, ribbed motor cover, and high-output air-cooled fan, the grinder's engineered motor airflow helps keep the grinder cool and reduces heat transfer to the grinding area. This high performance design also features an improved Cool-Tek Gel Ice Pak around its grinding head to keep the meat inside cold during grinding to resist sticking and binding. This innovative heat-reducing design now also features heat sink technology on the bottom that pulls heat away from the grinder head and dissipates it through aluminum fins. A commercial-style grinder-head ring nut makes removing grinder plates, blade and auger easy, while the patented auger-pull-handle tool makes removal of the auger easy for easier cleanup. Up top, a high-capacity, heavy-gauge stainless steel meat tray makes it easy to load the grinder up for its high capacity offset grinder head and deep-cut auger design. Comes with 3 sausage-stuffing funnels (23mm, 29mm, and 39mm), 2-piece snack stick funnel, meat stomper, 10mm coarse grinding plate, 4.5mm fine grinding plate, 1-way cutting knife, and stuffing star. A convenient side-entry storage drawer with smooth-sliding ball-bearing slides and a removable, vibration-dampening mat makes it easy to keep these accessories close at hand.
